Your Go-To Local Expert in Middle Tennessee

A few years ago, I traded in the hustle of Washington, DC for the slower pace of life in Middle Tennessee. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I love that I can spend my days surrounded by nature, enjoy the quiet of country living, and still be close enough to Nashville for live music, major league sports, and good shopping (because we all need a trader joe's to survive ... right?). This area makes it easy to enjoy the outdoors and truly slow down, and that’s something I don’t take for granted.

I focus mainly on Columbia and the surrounding areas, but I’ve also got a soft spot for places like Linden, which is really starting to grow, and Ethridge, where there is plenty of charm and some amazing markets for fresh produce and baked goods. Whether it's cozy coffee shops in downtown Columbia, or outdoor adventures people often overlook, I love helping folks discover what makes this part of Tennessee so special.

With a background in PR, I’m big on details and communication, so all those little things that can cause stress in a real estate transaction? I’ve got you covered. I take care of the behind-the-scenes work so my clients don’t have to worry about a thing. I also take the time to get to know you - your story, your hopes, and what you really want in a home or property.

Whether you are looking for a place to raise those chickens you've been dreaming about, grow a garden, or just slow down and live a simpler life … If you’re thinking about buying or selling in Middle Tennessee, let’s connect! I’d love to hear your story and help you find the perfect place to call home.
